TEAM, VISION, HISTORY
In 2023, we, three high school students, decided to stop drinking energy drinks. Coffee would have been an alternative, but proved impractical in everyday life: you can't just carry it in your backpack or have it readily available in the car. This is precisely what gave rise to our mission: to develop a more practical and healthier alternative to energy drinks and coffee.
After roughly eight months of development, the first version of Joltz Energy Gum Blackcurrant was available. But that wasn't the end of it: We gathered feedback and further developed the product. The following year saw the launch of a new flavor – Peppermint – which quickly became a bestseller. Today, Peppermint is available in most Coop to go stores in the Zurich region.
Meanwhile, Joltz has been featured in reports in 20 Minuten, Blick, the Coop Zeitung and on TeleZüri, among others.
We are constantly working on new flavors, with the aim of creating a line-up that appeals to as many people as possible - without losing the core: to develop a healthier and more practical energizer for everyday life.
