The item can only be returned if it was damaged during delivery.

Our products are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. However, if damage occurs during delivery, you have the right to return the item. However, please note the following conditions:

1. Damage report: You must notify us of the damage within 5 days (120 hours) of receiving the goods. After this deadline, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns due to delivery damage.

2. Photo evidence: To process your return request, we require clear and concise photos of the damage. These photos must show:
- The entire display box with the 20 chewing gum packs, both packed in the thin plastic film and in the damaged condition.
- Close-ups of the specific damage areas.

3. Damage Verification: Our Quality Department will carefully review the photos submitted. We reserve the right to reject return requests if we suspect that the damages are tampered with or fake.

4. Decision and refund: After successful inspection and approval of the return, we will either send you a replacement or refund the purchase price. The decision on the type of compensation is at our discretion.

5. Return of goods: If we ask you to return the damaged goods, we will bear the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the return is packaged securely to avoid further damage.
