How long should you chew Joltz caffeine chewing gum?
The majority of the caffeine is absorbed after approximately 5 minutes. The chewing gum can then be disposed - the effect remains fully intact.
How many pieces of chewing gum can you chew per day?
For healthy adults, up to 400 mg of caffeine per day is considered a safe total amount (one Joltz contains 40 mg). However, we recommend consuming a maximum of 3–4 pieces of gum per day.
